Ningde, Fujian, September 13 (Ye Mao, Yang Longyu) – The Panama-flagged vessel Kangshun Express, loaded with 30 large-scale new energy mining trucks “Made in Ningde”, set sail from Qingtuo Wharf at Ningde Port, Fujian Province, on September 13, bound for Indonesia, a country participating in the Belt and Road Initiative.
According to statistics from the Ningde Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station, a total of 164 large new energy mining trucks have been exported from Ningde Port so far this year.
The mining truck assembly project of Fujian Qingtuo Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., located in Wanwu Town, Fu’an City, Ningde, was built with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan by Qingtuo Group. It is an industrial base integrating R&D, production and sales of new energy trucks and assembly components. Upon full completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 20,000 sets of new energy mining trucks, assembly components and special-purpose vehicles.

Chen Chengcou, Chief of the Shipping Department of Fujian Qingtuo Logistics Co., Ltd., said that new energy mining trucks feature environmental protection, energy saving, low maintenance costs and high endurance efficiency. They not only reduce logistics and transportation costs but also effectively promote energy conservation and emission reduction at Indonesian factory parks.
To further support the high-quality development of Ningde’s foreign trade economy, the Ningde Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station has continuously optimized the port’s business environment. Through a series of convenient measures such as deploying police forces in advance, providing 7×24-hour customs clearance support and formulating “one-vessel, one-policy” duty plans, the station has effectively shortened the ship’s berthing time at the port and improved the overall customs clearance efficiency.
